Message from the CEO of Insurope

Since the creation of the Insurope Network 57 years ago, Insurope has been helping Network Members grow their local businesses by providing a framework to support the development of the Members’ relationships with multinational companies. One of our Network's strengths and core values is the close cooperation between the Network Members and Insurope. The structure allows all Network Members to participate in the General Assembly, Technical Committee, Sales & Marketing Committee, and Sales Meetings to discuss the development of the Insurope Network. The cooperation between Insurope and its Network Members has been a successful partnership for all parties. Insurope has grown to be one of the most formidable multinational networks globally and together we have helped deliver employee benefits solutions to thousands of employees and families worldwide!

2023 was a busy and successful year for Insurope, with many positive achievements. Our Network continues to grow, with 69 new pools signed last year and an “all-time high” in new pooled premiums. We maintained our position as the largest network in the world, measured by the number of Multinational pools and the number of pooled local plans.

Insurope expanded our geographic reach with a new Network Member in Chile and Honduras last year. We are now present with services through our Network Members in most major countries and territories. The enhancements have resulted in positive feedback from Network Members, clients, and global brokers, and we score very high on client satisfaction surveys. In fact, we’re proud to share that 100% of our clients, consultants, and Network Members would recommend Insurope.

Over the last couple of years, we all felt the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, but last year marked a successful transition back to a state of normalcy. The pandemic also increased risk awareness among many multinationals, and we are experiencing a renewed interest in multinational pooling. Insurope has capitalized on this with a strong focus on delivering excellent services and multinational pooling solutions.

We are also pleased that the pool's risk results turned positive last year, and our Multipool solution proved again to be the best small-groups pool in the market.

Insurope is stronger than ever. We are achieving our vision as THE Multinational Pooling Network.
